WARREN A sentencing hearing is scheduled for today for a Brookfield man who pleaded guilty to charges related to child pornography.

Nathaniel Thompson, 20, was convicted of two counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, which are second-degree felonies. He faces a maximum of 20 years in prison.

The material was discovered downloaded on Thompson’s electronic devices by Brookfield police following a tip sent to the Internet Crimes Against Children task force in Cuyahoga County.

Thompson will be required to register as a Tier II sex offender, which mandates that he register with his local sheriff's office twice annually for 25 years.
