MIAMI (AP) — Hurricane Imelda formed Tuesday morning in the Atlantic Ocean with a forecast track showing it's expected to move toward Bermuda.
The storm's maximum sustained winds were near 75 mph (120 kph) with some additional strengthening expected.
Imelda is centered about 755 miles (1,215 kilometers) west-southwest of Bermuda and moving northeast near 7 mph (11 kph).
