A second victim in the shooting at the Dallas ICE facility last Wednesday has died, LULAC announced Tuesday morning.

According to a statement from the League of United Latin American Citizens, Miguel Ángel García-Hernández, 32, succumbed to his injuries after being removed from life support following the Sept. 24 shooting on the Dallas ICE facility.

The attack also claimed the life of another detainee, Norlan Guzmán-Fuentes, 37 , and left García-Hernández gravely wounded. The third victim, Jose Andres Bordones-Molina, was released from the hospital, according to officials.
