JUST IN: Second Detainee Dies Following Dallas ICE Shooting

A second detainee from a Dallas ICE facility has died after a gunman targeted the Texas facility last week.

The League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) announced in a Tuesday statement that Miguel Ángel García-Hernández , 32, died after being removed from life support. He was one of three detainees shot by a now-deceased gunman who officials say held anti-ICE beliefs that had grown more aggressive leading up to the attack.

Stephany Gauffeny , the wife of García-Hernández, said in a statement that her husband was a “good man” and “loving father.”
