Even in smaller role, Tigers' Jake Rogers still 'huge part of what's right here'

Cleveland – At this time last year, he was catching every inning of every game. This year, well, he’s barely playing at all.

It’s not how he envisioned it.

“It’s weird,” Jake Rogers said. “I want to play. I want to be out there every day. But obviously, we have Ding, who is doing incredible and playing a great brand of ball on both sides.”
