You can take the boy out of Detroit, but as far as Alice Cooper is concerned he can never stay away from the city for very long.
The Motor City-born shock rocker’s concerts have become a regular part of each year’s outdoor concert schedule, and this year is no different. In fact, this year’s Too Close For Comfort tour stop with Judas Priest and Corrosion of Conformity will close the Pine Knob Music Theatre’s 2025 season on Thursday, Oct. 2.
It comes as part of what’s already been an eventful year for Cooper. Back in July he released “The Revenge of Alice Cooper,” his first album since 1973 with members of the original Alice Cooper band (although they’ve appeared on his solo albums during the interim).
