A beloved PBS kids' classic will make a comeback this fall after nearly 20 years, as " Reading Rainbow " returns to your screens with a new host.
The popular children's series, once PBS's most-watched program, will stream Saturdays on KidZuko starting Oct. 4 with librarian Mychal Threets hosting as "Mychal the Librarian," according to the San Francisco Chronicle and Hollywood Reporter.
"Reading Rainbow" announced the upcoming return in a Sept. 29 Instagram post.
"After nearly 20 years... 'Reading Rainbow' is returning to motivate, help, and encourage kids to become avid readers with new episodes, new friends, new projects, and of course... new books! Make sure to follow the rainbow," the post read.
