As a result, a homeowner putting a house up for sale in central Wisconsin will likely only have the house on the market for a few weeks before accepting an offer for the price he or she originally asked for. Quick sales show the central Wisconsin area − including Marshfield, Stevens Point, Wausau and Wisconsin Rapids − is experiencing a sellers' market with the demand for homes outpacing the supply.
