Grocery chain Albertsons has recalled multiple deli items, including pasta and grilled chicken, sold at retailers in 15 states due to a possible listeria contamination.

According to Albertsons , the products pulled from shelves contain a recalled bowtie pasta ingredient that may lead to listeria exposure, although there have been no reports of injuries or adverse reactions.
