Both Mizzou golf teams wrapped up the first round of the Blessings Collegiate Invitational in Fayetteville, Arkansas, on Monday.

The women's team placed seventh, shooting 23-over par as a team. Addie Dobson was in 11th place after the first round on the individual leaderboard with a total score of 76. Melanie Walker was not far behind with a total score of 77, landing her in 15th after Round One.

The men's team landed in eighth on the men's team leaderboard, with a team score of 18-over par.

Virgilio Paz led the team, finishing 11th on the individual leaderboard with a score of 74, and Veikka Viskari landed in 20th with a score of 76.

Last season at this invitational, both teams finished in 9th place, with Virgilio Paz in 20th for the men's team and Ffion Tynan in 15th for the women's
