After a cloudy and damp start to the day, most of the light rain showers have now pushed south of Baltimore. That means the rest of the evening will trend drier, though the clouds will hang on a bit longer. A strong cold front will sweep across the city overnight, ushering in a much cooler air mass. By sunrise, skies will have cleared and the air will feel noticeably crisper. Temperatures will settle into the 50s across the metro, with some of the outer suburbs dipping just below that mark.
