Traffic plan announced for Seven Stars music festival

NELSON COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- A large music festival will impact traffic in Nelson County next week.

The LOCKN’ Farm festival venue and Oak Ridge Estate will be hosting the Valley of the Seven Stars: Cosmic Campout.
