A man who was driving an allegedly stolen vehicle and a passenger who was armed, leading to an hours-long standoff at a gas station in Miami, appeared before a judge on Tuesday.
Manuel De Leon Jr., 32, and Dante Sinclair, 20, were charged with grand theft and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
During their court appearance, a judge granted both men bond.
