Prosecutors in Sean “Diddy” Combs’ federal trial have requested that the mogul be given at least 11 years in prison ahead of his sentencing this Friday.
The government filed a 164-page memorandum late Monday night that began a recommended sentence of no less than 135 months’ imprisonment, writing that Combs will “not be punished for any crimes of which he was acquitted, of course, but the punishment for his crimes of conviction must take into account the manner in which he committed them.”
