A fifth person has died days after flames engulfed a Lebanon County home, where a group of 10 had been gathered for a birthday party.

Tailing Nunez, 23, was hospitalized in critical condition after she was pulled from a house fire on the 800 block of Church Street in Lebanon on Sunday. Nunez later died, Mayor Sherry Capello said in a Tuesday news release.

The fire killed four others : Amarri Morris Rodriguez, 1; Veyda Pereyra, 4; Jaeden Nunez, 17; and Josefina Estevez, 73.

“On behalf of the city, I extend our heartfelt condolences to the families of the deceased. Words cannot capture the depth of our sorrow for their loss,” Capello said on Tuesday. “Our thoughts and prayers remain with all those impacted by this devastating event.”
