Karachi Mayor Murtaza Wahab criticised the federal government for announcing Rs20 billion for Karachi, terming it a "lollipop" compared to the city's actual need of Rs200 billion, saying those sitting in Islamabad cannot solve Karachi's problems.
He made the remarks while speaking to the media after inaugurating Imam Mehdi Park and Sports Ground in New Rizvia Society.
