Scott Wolf’s estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, is back in a treatment center less than a month after her whirlwind rehab stay .

The 48-year-old was “unable to attend” a Tuesday court appearance, with the judge claiming the former reality star is undergoing mental health treatment at a Utah facility, according to People .

At the hearing, which was regarding misdemeanor charges in Kelley’s divorce , prosecutor Wendy Crossland agreed that she “believes” Kelley is currently receiving treatment.

“I have not otherwise had any other contact with Miss Wolf,” the lawyer said, with the judge subsequently “resetting these [legal] matters” due to Kelley’s absence.

Reps for Scott and Kelley did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
