Maluma heats things up with “Bronceador,” his first No. 1 of the year on Billboard’s Latin Airplay chart. The song glides to the top of the overall ranking (dated Oct. 4) with a 5-1 rise thanks to a 44% increase in audience impressions to 9.9 million across Latin radio stations in the United States during the tracking week ending Sept. 25, according to Luminate.
“I’m so happy and grateful for my fans and everyone at radio who have helped make ‘Bronceador’ a success,” Maluma tells Billboard. “Reaching my 25th Billboard Latin Airplay No. 1 is a dream come true and motivates me to keep making music from the heart.”
