New Delhi, Sep 30: Jan Suraaj founder Prashant Kishor on Tuesday demanded the dismissal and arrest of Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary, alleging his involvement in a decades-old murder case, reports national media. Kishor cited discrepancies in documents related to Choudhary’s age that, he claimed, enabled him to evade trial in a 1995 case involving six killings in Munger district.
Kishor also linked Choudhary’s name to the 1999 Shilpi-Gautam case, which was investigated by the CBI and later closed as a suicide, reports TOI.
