CHARLES CITY, Iowa – A southeast Minnesota man has been arrested in Floyd County for illegal drugs.
David Frank Nolan, 46 of Albert Lea, is charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine.
Law enforcement says Nolan was pulled over around 2:20 am Tuesday in Charles City for having a brake light out on his pickup truck. Court documents state a search of the truck found three plastic baggies containing a total of about 12 grams of meth.
Nolan was booked into the Floyd County Jail on $25,000 cash only bond. He is facing a class “B” felony charge, punishable by up to 25 years in prison.
