AUSTIN (KXAN) -- Georgetown Police said a 26-year-old man faces a capital murder charge after three people, an 8-year-old girl and two adults, were found dead at a Georgetown apartment complex on Sept. 13, a news release said.
Police identified the suspect in the triple homicide as Raul Franco Jr., 26. KXAN is working to find an attorney representing Franco Jr. We will reach out for a statement on the accusations once that information is available.
