When Section V volleyball tournaments begin, the girls' Class AA tournament will be one two watch.

Irondequoit, Victor and Webster Schroeder have a combined three losses so far this season, and those strong starts have been rewarded with strong standing in the latest state rankings from the New York Volleyball Coaches Association. Schroeder remains the top team in Class AA, despite suffering a four-set setback last week against Fairport.
