SALEM Ore. (KPTV) - The Oregon Department of Administrative Services (DAS) set the maximum rent increase rate allowed for 2026 on Tuesday.

According to the DAS, the following maximums have been put into place for next year:

For rental facilities that are 15 years or older and have 30 or fewer spaces, the maximum rent increase is 9.5%.

For manufactured home parks and floating home marinas containing more than 30 spaces, the maximum increase is 6.0%.

The maximum rent increase rates are the first since the passage of House Bill 3054 , which calculates the rates by property size.

Per Oregon law, maximum rent increase rates are to be set for the upcoming year by Sept. 30 each year.
