MANCHESTER, N.H. —

A Massachusetts man was arrested Tuesday after leading police on a high-speed chase across state lines, officials said.

New Hampshire State Police said they were called by the Lowell Police Department when 20-year-old Dominick Howard crossed into New Hampshire on Route 3 northbound around 4 a.m.
