MANCHESTER, N.H. —
A Massachusetts man was arrested Tuesday after leading police on a high-speed chase across state lines, officials said.
New Hampshire State Police said they were called by the Lowell Police Department when 20-year-old Dominick Howard crossed into New Hampshire on Route 3 northbound around 4 a.m.
Authorities said the chase reached speeds of up to 100 mph.

Troopers deployed a tire-deflation device on Howard's SUV in Merrimack, causing the vehicle to lose a tire and crash
Howard fled into a nearby wooded area but was arrested near the scene several hours later, police said.
