The FDNY is responding to a partial building collapse at a NYCHA complex in the south Bronx, the agency said Wednesday morning.

The department said it received a call reporting a gas explosion and incinerator shaft collapse at 205 Alexander Ave., a Mitchel Houses building near East 135th Street in Mott Haven, around 8:10 a.m.

No injuries have been reported so far, the FDNY said. The Department of Buildings said its inspectors are on their way to the site.

Citizen video from the scene shows a column of the building sheared away, with rubble piled on the street below.

Traffic delays are expected in the area, according to city emergency officials, and drivers are advised to use alternate routes.
