The Jasper County Sheriff’s Department reports that Devin Johnson remains at large and a multi-agency search is ongoing this evening. Officials say more information will be shared as it becomes available.

Residents are asked to lock doors and vehicles and to call 911 immediately if Johnson is seen.

Johnson is described as a young white male, last seen wearing a long-sleeved white shirt and yellow pants. He ran from the Jasper County Jail around 3:15 p.m. yesterday. He is not believed to be armed or dangerous, according to the sheriff’s department.
