CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)-- A man has been charged with murder after a motorcyclist died in a multi-vehicle crash in Cumberland County on Tuesday.

According to court documents, John Thomas Clark, 56, of New Cumberland, was charged with murder, homicide by vehicle, DUI, and recklessly endangering another person, after he allegedly chased and intentionally struck a motorcyclist in Cumberland County on the morning of September 30, 2025.

Court documents show officers from the West Shore Regional Police Department were dispatched to the intersection of South Thurd Street and Clark Street in Lemoyne Borough for a vehicle crash involving a motorcycle at 7:23 a.m.
