Michigan coach Dusty May and the Wolverines continued their recruiting roll with another commitment from a top-100 prospect.

Joseph Hartman, a four-star guard from Florida, announced his pledge to Michigan in a social media post on Wednesday, becoming the third player in the 2026 class to do so in as many weeks.

“They all believe in me and have a good plan in place for me to come in, develop, and earn my minutes as a freshman,” Hartman told 247Sports .

"The staff has been recruiting me since the summer of my freshman year. Going into my sophomore year, they brought me on my first unofficial visit after they went to the Final Four at Florida Atlantic. That meant a lot. (Assistant coach) Drew Williamson, Dusty May and I have been building a relationship. It's just the family environment
