OSWEGO COUNTY, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) -- You ask, we answer!
After being closed for nearly three months, Ruby Tuesday in Oswego has reopened.
It was recently cleared to open by the Oswego County Health Department.
"We have been working closely with Ruby Tuesday's local management team as well as its corporate representatives to follow up on its remediation efforts over the last few months. We conducted multiple field visits and cleared the facility to re-open on Wednesday, Sept. 24. Should there be any signs of fruit fly issues in the future, the restaurant will close to take further remedies," Oswego County Public Health Director Vera Dunsmoor said in a statement to NewsChannel 9.
According to Oswego County, Ruby Tuesday voluntarily closed on July 2 to deal with the "persistent pest issue."
