A warehouse employee recently vented on Reddit after an accidental scheduling error left them assigned to an overnight shift they never intended to work. While trying to pick up shifts for the upcoming Prime Week, the employee initially selected a 2 PM to 6 PM shift and planned to follow it with a 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM shift. However, they inadvertently picked the 11:15 PM to 3 AM shift, which clashed with their plans. The user said, ‘I’m human and I messed up’.

“I immediately noticed I screwed up and there is no phone number for HR. I go into work later that day and speak to HR in my warehouse, and they told me too bad there’s nothing they can do,” the employee wrote, expressing frustration at the rigid shift policy.
