BURLINGTON — A Rutland woman has pleaded not guilty in U.S. District Court to running a “crack house” on Elm Street that was the scene of a mistaken identity homicide captured on video last year.

Laryssa Johnson, 31, also denied a second federal felony charge last week that she knowingly conspired with Dylin “Slim” Wainscott, 29, of Westfield, Massachusetts, and Precious “P” Okorie, 31, of Springfield, Massachusetts, and others known and unknown to the grand jury to distribute fentanyl and crack cocaine between about September 2024 to about Nov. 15, 2024.
