America's Forever stamp has another new face.

The dedication ceremony took place at The Carter Center in Atlanta, the USPS said in a statement .

Stamp celebrates 'life and legacy'

“Our family is excited to attend the first-day-of-issue ceremony to celebrate the life and legacy of my grandfather," Jason Carter, chair of The Carter Center, said in the statement. "My grandparents would be touched by this incredible honor."

The 39th president of the United States, Carter "guided the nation through an energy crisis, economic struggles and international tensions," the USPS said.
