Out-of-control Nova Scotia wildfire grows overnight, more evacuations ordered

AYLESFORD - Nova Scotia officials have ordered more evacuations because of the Lake George wildfire that remains out of control in Annapolis County.

More than 200 homes and other buildings were ordered evacuated as of Tuesday, and today officials updated the order to include all civic addresses on Spruce Drive, Birch Lane and Blue Lane, and between 5 North River Road and 1493 North River Road.
