Evenflo has voluntarily recalled more than 324,000 car seats after finding foam materials in the headrest "could pose a potential choking hazard."
According to the company and a report from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the foam headrest on certain Revolve360 Slim car seat models is accessible to children, enabling them to potentially reach beneath the headrest cover and pick off pieces of foam.
The agency said Evenflo received a report back in October 2023 "of a child picking at the foam of the product headrest and placing in in their mouth."
"Evenflo is currently aware of a total of 11 reports that children accessed foam in the headrest of the variants of the Revolve360 Slim constituting the recall population and placed it in either their mouth or nose," the NHTS
