Not a trick. Not a treat. It's officially spooky season, and file this under "Bizarre but True."

The Pasadena Humane Society is looking for the owner of a very healthy python that was found at the In-N-Out Burger drive-thru in Monrovia on Tuesday.

Officials said an employee made the "surprising discovery" and took matters literally into their own hands, bringing the snake to the humane society shelter.

"They seem to have been well taken care of, so it's possible they only recently escaped their home," the humane society said in a Facebook post. "Please spread the word so we can locate their guardian!"

Right now, the snake is not available for adoption. They don't know if its male or female.
