Looking for a new autumn festival?
According to a new list by Country Living ranking the nation’s best, Staten Islanders should head north and hang a left.
A two-day celebration in the town of Ellicottville, located an hour south of Buffalo, was among 14 festivals that made the list. The event, dubbed “Western New York’s favorite Fall event,” will be held Oct. 11-12.
During the two-day event, the village of fewer than 300 residents welcomes over 10,000 visitors, EllicottvilleNOW reported.
Visitors can browse four square blocks of arts and crafts, enjoy live music and tasty treats and admire Western New York’s peak fall foliage with scenic chairlift rides offered at two nearby resorts.
