Description: A new community of luxury condos is under construction in north Scottsdale.

The Chicago-based developer Belgravia Group is building Atavia, an 88-unit condominium complex.

When complete, it’ll be part of the sprawling 120-acre master-planned development called One Scottsdale . The area is designed to accommodate approximately 1,250 multifamily units, about 400 hotel rooms, and more than 1.5 million square feet of commercial uses, including offices, retail, and restaurants.
