Officials with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office are asking the public for any information regarding a series of car burglaries during the weekend of Sept. 27-28 in Harrisburg, according to a Sept. 30 Facebook post .

The following day, the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office stated on social media that they had taken about 40 reports of car burglaries in Harrisburg, with a variety of items stolen, including wallets, purses, credit cards, drivers' licenses, Apple ear pods, expensive sunglasses, vehicle keys, a gun safe and a gun.

A video taken at 3:21 a.m., Oct. 1, in southwest Harrisburg was shared, showing at least three suspects involved, Lincoln County officials said.

The Lincoln County Sheriff's stated they expect to field more car burglary reports.
