TOPEKA, Kan. (KAKE) - The Kansas Bureau of Investigation has been conducting raids on stores accused of selling illegal marijuana and THC products around the state.

During a press conference in Topeka Wednesday, attorney general Kris Kobach and KBI director Tony Mattivi said that raids were conducted at 10 stores statewide Wednesday. The stores in question have been documented to be selling THC vapes, THC-infused teas and consumable hemp products that contain more than a trace of THC (.3%), as well as marijuana bud, flower and pre-rolled cigarettes.
