PHOENIX – A man has been formally charged for allegedly shooting his girlfriend and two of her relatives last month in a Phoenix domestic violence case, authorities announced Wednesday.
A grand jury handed down five-count indictment against 31-year-old Daniel Cornell Hall on Sept. 22, a week after the shooting, according to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.
Hall allegedly shot his girlfriend, her brother and her cousin at an apartment complex near 48th Street and McDowell Road on Sept. 13.
The shooting victims all survived.
