Carly Waddell is done beating about the bush.

The Bachelor Nation alum shared she and Todd Allen Trassler have ended their engagement, noting she’d kept the news private for a month before feeling ready to share it publicly.

“Okay, real talk here,” she began her Oct. 1 Instagram video . “I’m going to make the post that I’ve not been wanting to make, because honestly, I just wasn’t ready to make it. And I don’t think it’s really anybody else’s business.”

She continued, “But because I’m always real with you guys, I want to keep it real. Obviously, I’m not wearing a ring.”

Carly—who is mom to kids Bella , 7, and Charlie , 5, whom she shares with her ex-husband Evan Bass —then confirmed she’s broken off her engagement, and that she and the kids have moved to a new city.
