The city of Fontana would like to invite the community to the Fontana Community Senior Center’s annual Open Enrollment Health Fair on Friday, Oct. 17. This Health Fair provides the community with assistance in open enrollment and free information on health care plans, health and wellness information, and more. According to event planners, the event allows the opportunity for the community to gain awareness and access to resources available.

There will be many vendors to engage with, health screenings and giveaways.
