The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has announced the arrest of over 800 individuals in a recent operation named Midway Blitz. The initiative, led by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and U.S. Border Patrol officers, focused on apprehending criminal illegal aliens across Illinois.
Operation Midway Blitz was launched on September 8 in memory of Katie Abraham, who was killed in a hit-and-run incident involving Julio Cucul-Bol, an illegal alien. The operation targeted those seeking refuge under sanctuary policies in Chicago and Illinois.
