Why not explore the idea?! The Ohio Wine Producers Association is offering a chance to turn curiosity into clarity. From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 2, the association is hosting its annual “newbie” day at Three Oaks Vineyard in Granville, Ohio. That’s about 122 miles south of Cleveland and east of Columbus.
This one-day immersion class is packed with sessions that blend big-picture dreaming with practical realities. Attendees will hear from veteran winemakers about the lessons they’ve learned, from designing a tasting room to training staff, marketing bottles, and navigating state and federal regulations.
