YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) -- Youngstown's Gulu Electrical Contractors Inc. requested a 75%, 10-year tax abatement in July.

Wednesday night, Youngstown City Council approved the abatement.

Gulu is located on Crescent Street in the Riverbend District.

It plans to build a 500,000 warehouse on the vacant land nearby on West Rayen Avenue.
