Srinagar: J&K Police on Thursday attached the property of a militant handler in Palpora village of Kralgund. “During the course of investigation in case FIR No 73/2011 of Police Station Kralgund, it was established that a JKNOP Nazir Ahmad Ganai son of Ab. Kabir Ganie resident of Palpora in Kralgund A/P PoK, is operating from PoK and is actively involved in guiding and handling terrorist activities in Handwara,” police said in a statement.
