In the winner-take-all wild-card series game, Cam Schlittler went eight scoreless innings and struck out a career-high 12, allowing just five hits — and no walks — as the Yankees cruised to a 4-0 win over Boston to advance to the ALDS.

With four runs in the fourth inning on a combination of Yankees hits and sloppy Red Sox defense, the nearly unhittable Schlittler got all the run support he needed.
