MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WAKA) — A Montgomery salon owner says he is concerned about police response times after finding a half-naked man bathing outside his business on Atlanta Highway this week.

The incident happened Monday night as the last hairstylist was leaving The Spa Room Salon. Owner Raymond Head said employees initially thought there were multiple people outside because of loud cursing and shouting, but discovered a single man arguing with himself while bathing at an outdoor water faucet.

By the time Head arrived from his home in Wetumpka about 15 minutes later, the man had put on pants and was washing his shirt near a window he had broken.

“I asked him what he was doing and he ignored me,” Head said. “I finally said, ‘Why did you break the window?’ and told him we had him on video.
