EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — The high school football season is in full swing, with a rivalry matchup between two powerhouses taking center stage.

In this week's edition of the Friday Night Blitz, 12 Sports' Sam Knox and Morgan Weaver will bring you high school football scores, highlights and more from around Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts, including the Game of the Week: Hendricken vs. La Salle.

Providence Journal sportswriter Eric Rueb will also break down the night's games and highlights the state's top talent.
