CORNING, NY (WENY) -- Thousands of runners are arriving in Corning for the annual Wineglass Marathon weekend. The Crystal City is ready to welcome thousands of runners who will cross the finish line on Sunday.

At the Corning Museum of Glass on Friday, runners began to arrive to pick up their bibs, shirts and race information for the Wineglass 5K, Half and full Marathons at the runner's expo. There was also no shortage of Wineglass swag for sale, and other equipment to make sure runners are prepared to go the distance.

The Wineglass draws 6,500 hundred runners from all over the United States, and more than a dozen countries to run in the half and full marathons.
